Gift Cards & Prizes

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of gift cards and vouchers (collectively, "Gift Cards") issued by Hill College ("we," "us," or "our"). By accepting or using a Gift Card, the recipient ("you") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

All Gift Cards remain the property of Hill College at all times. Hill College reserves the right to terminate, reassign, repurpose, use, or take any other action concerning the Gift Card at our sole discretion after a specified period, as outlined below or otherwise communicated to you.
Gift Cards may only be used for the purposes and within the scope explicitly stated by Hill College. Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used for any unauthorized or illegal activities.

Gift Cards have a validity period of 6 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Upon expiration of the validity period, Hill College retains the right to reclaim or repurpose the Gift Card without further notice.

Hill College reserves the right to revoke or terminate a Gift Card at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or compensation to you. If a Gift Card is unused within the validity period, Hill College may re-gift, reclaim, or repurpose the Gift Card at its discretion.

Hill College reserves the right to:

Modify the terms of use for Gift Cards at any time.

Suspend or cancel the use of a Gift Card in cases of suspected misuse or breach of these Terms.

Amend or discontinue the Gift Card program without prior notice.

Hill College is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Hill College will not be liable for any consequences resulting from the termination or expiration of a Gift Card.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website or provided to you directly.

By accepting or using a Gift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
