Promotion Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to Australian residents who are 14 years and over.

Promotion will commence on Thursday 7th March 2024, made public online across relevant Hill College websites and social media platforms. Competition ends at 8pm AWST Monday 25th March 2024 (“Promotional Period”). Entries must be received by the Promoters within the Promotional Period to participate.

The announcement will be made by 9am AWST 27th March 2024 and the winners will be contacted in writing via email and Hill College’s social media platforms. The winners name will be published on any of the Hill College websites.

To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: Follow @hillcollege_edu on Instagram, sign up to Hill College email marketing and complete the form.

The Promoters reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including the entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify and entrant who submits and entry that is not accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Entrants who unsubscribe from Hill College email marketing during the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The total prize pool for the promotion period is $50AUD

Product is non-exchangeable or refundable.

The winner must claim the prize by 5pm AWST Wednesday 17th April 2024 (3 weeks from the day the winner was chosen) by contacting Hill College. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize by that time, then the prize will be forfeited.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Entrants consent to the Promoters using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration of the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

The promotion is designed to reward participants who show support for the Hill College brand and community.

The Promoters reserves the right to share any contact information provided by the entrants to third parties who support the competition throughout the competition period.

The Promoters and partners may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information provided in your entry for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update, or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

Using and receiving your gift card, means you agree to Ultimate Gift Cards Terms and Conditions along with the individual merchant companies Terms and Conditions and Gift Card Policy.

eGift Cards can only be used online to the selected merchant company.
