Pastoral Care

Faint Crest

Here at Hill College, we have an abstract pastoral care system managed by the pastoral team who receive and manage all of the reports, comments, and incidents that may occur within learning.

Our system has many flow charts, policies and rules that assist on proper handling and flow of how we manage. Provided with behavioral, achievement and academic report forms, we have many sources and resources for our staff and students.

We have many forms designated for staff-only, students & staff, community and beyond for reporting like our Incident Report, Behavioral Report and many more.

Incident Report

Are you or someone is being bullied or harassed? Our form is confidential and is only sent to the headmasters.

If you wish to seek further assistance, don't hesitate to email headmasters, email GSG counselor, or visit KidsHelpline.

Head to incident.hillcollege.org to report an incident/issue that you or someone has received. Refer to Counselling for confidentiality with reporting and speaking to our team.

House System

We have introduced our own house system for students and even staff to be placed and participate in to create groups, social connections and more leadership opportunities. Our houses allow students to participate in greater achievements with closer learning opportunities. As being a small school, Hill College tailors each house with one Head of House leader and one House Student Prefect.

Our Head of Houses are tailored to help our students learn, discover, study and grow with the purpose of a closer leadership connection to the student and their needs. Assisting our Head of Houses, the House Student Prefects are tailored to create closer connections to their fellow student peers and make bigger decisions for Hill College and our future, including courses, events, presentations, uniforms and more.

Lange House

The Lange House is based from our first student Jack Lange. He assists with our whole development of Hill College and really makes a change to the community.

The house is represented by the Kangaroo, this symbolizes courage by moving forward. This inspires our students to go further and achieve more. The Lange House values are Excellence, Knowledge and Faith.

The house is represented by the Parrot, this symbolizes compassion by clear communication. This inspires our students to speak up and make greater connections with peers and the community. The Nanarup House values are Compassion, Wisdom and Commitment.
